It is believed that if you follow the Raw Food Diet, you will also have better looking skin, have better digestion, see weight loss, and have a lower risk of heart disease.

Many of the foods on the Raw Food Diet are easy to prepare. You will eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, and salads. However, if you plan to eat rice, you will need allow it to soak overnight for it to be digestible. You will also need to soak nuts overnight as well.

You will find that you get protein from leafy green vegetables, sprouts, fruits, green juices, nuts, seeds, and seaweed. As for calcium, that will come from salads, nuts, seeds, seaweed, and vegetable juices.

Many people use blenders, food processors, juicers, and dehydrators to help prepare the food that can be eaten on the Raw Food Diet. This helps give the food the taste and texture of that which has been cooked.
