The easiest route to a nutritious diet lies in the likes of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and steering well clear off processed foods. But if this reason is not convincing enough, take a stock of this: processed foods run alarmingly low on the versatility front. On the other hand, you simply have no dearth of choices, all healthy too, when it comes to plant products.

A green diet is healthy because it maintains proper functioning and balance at the cellular level, controls your blood glucose levels and keeps you feeling full so that you keep a tab on body weight too.

Proper nutrition also involves taking your mid-sized meals every 3 to 4 hours. It is more healthy have little bites frequently instead of gorging and indulging in sheer gluttony at nighttime after remaining hungry the whole day.
